Keto Fat Bombs are a delicious combination of keto fat bombs and cookies and cream! They are great for when you are craving something sweet and keto-friendly. They also make a great snack for the weekend and are the perfect little treat for a low carb diet.
If you are new to the keto diet, you may be confused about the macronutrient content of foods. What is a carb, and what is a fat? When it comes to the keto diet, these two are considered the same. The keto diet is a high fat, low carb diet. A keto carb is simply a carb that you consume. The benefit of having a high fat, low carb diet is that your body will burn through stored fat (more calories) for energy. This will lead to weight loss.
The keto diet has been getting a lot of attention lately. This is a low-carb, high-fat, and moderate-protein diet that is known to help reduce appetite and promote weight loss. The diet is also a great cure for any sugar cravings you may experience.
These creamy, delicious Fat Bombs Keto just need two ingredients! Not only is the ingredient list brief, but the manner of preparation modest as well. What’s preventing you from creating them right now, when all you have to do is heat and mix two ingredients, then wait a few hours for them to set? Below, you’ll find a video of me guiding you through the procedure with simplicity.
Mini Keto Snacks with a High Fat Content!
If you didn’t know, Matthew and I are huge fans of Cookies & Cream Isopure Protein Powder and use it in a lot of our recipes, including our Macro Cakes! Not only is the usage of this taste our favorite fat bomb recipe, but it also provides the fat bombs a creamy texture. The fat level is over the sky thanks to the second ingredient, coconut oil, making them the ideal tiny, high fat keto snack! You may take it even farther by adding buttery and fatty macadamia nuts, like we did!
Fat Bomb Recipes Made Simple
If you want to increase your fat intake while still enjoying a tasty keto treat, fat bombs are the way to go. And this keto fat bomb recipe is the simplest you’ll ever come across! If protein powder isn’t your thing, we have a number of additional simple fat bomb recipes for you to try, like Coconut Fat Bombs and Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs! Nothing else will work if they don’t.
Keto Fat Bombs
When creating these fat bombs, bear in mind that the taste will be determined by the protein powder you choose. If you use unflavored protein powder, they will be completely devoid of sweetness, so add 5-10 drops of liquid stevia to sweeten them up! If cookies and cream aren’t your thing, we’ve also tested Isopure Colombian coffee, strawberry, and toasted coconut, all of which would be delicious in these keto fat bombs!
Macadamia nuts are an optional third ingredient, however, nutrition does include the use of them. If you leave the macadamia nuts out of the fat bombs the nutrition will be lower in macros.
