Recent reports rolled out that everything about the Google Nexus 2016 seems to get closer to completion and the devices’ mobile operating system-Android 7.0 Nougat is said to have a final cut. The next Nexus release date arrived on the horizon when the Nexus launcher of the new OS has been leaked out.

As per the Courtesy of Android Police, the fans of Nexus via an advanced image of the user interface got that Google will roll this out with the next-generation Stock Android flagship phones. The report has shown some of the interesting glimpses of the new Nexus launcher in screenshots, where prominent changes were incorporated in the next Android version.

The report indicated that the interface appears to be clean and there are new ways to access the app drawer, for which the icon seems to have been jettisoned for the new Android build. One has admired the screen of the new app drawer by swiping up from the bottom of the screen, he stated that the new app drawer has a large restyled search bar up top, but otherwise isn’t especially different from the current New launcher. In another case, the user will be able to use the small arrow icon that sits on top of the launch tray, the drawer will pull up. In order to dismiss it, the user just needs to swipe down or to hit the back button.

The Google Search is notably missing in the Nexus Launcher home screen which has been central to most of Android devices. It is still not confirmed that whether the cut will be of permanent nature, but such a case will lead the users to rely more on the Google Now on Tap feature of the vanilla Android smartphone.

Following the jump from Android Marshmallow to Nougat, the smart feature is likely to get smarter or gain more capabilities.
