County residents needing a burning permit can now get one again after the fire services department lifted the burn advisory it put in place late last week.
The rain our region received over the past 24 hours has put enough moisture into the ground that the County feels any burning practices can now be done safely and without risk of starting a wildfire.
Burn permits are available by calling the fire services department at 780-532-9727.
