October 23rd will see MLA's return to the Alberta Legislature for the fall sitting.

Infrastructure minister and Grande Prairie-Wapiti MLA Wayne Drysdale expects the new education act will come up for discussion during the session.

"There's lots of our school boards and different people in the province that are telling me that "Let's get that thing done".  it was a good piece of legislation that just got stalled for political reasons before the last election.  So I think you will see that come back again this fall. "

A total of 11 bills are expected to be brought up for passage during the session.
