Young entrepreneurs looking for guidance and financial support to get their dream businesses off the ground can take advantage of a new local partnership: Community Futures and the Canadian Youth Business Federation are working together to serve this region.

Katarina Vasiljevic-Galic is the Alberta Director for the C-Y-B-F: She says it's a perfect fit for the Grande Prairie region which overflows with youth and innovation. 

"Very young people who prepared to start their own businesses and  be part of the development of the community and really develop the self-sutainable business to help with the regional growth."

Vasiljevic-Galic says getting the "business help" is critical for young entrepreneurs as they really focus on their business "idea", but don't know where to go for advice on planning or financing.
