The Community Garden is shaping up nicely for the season.
Even though they got a lot done last week, City Environmental Sustainability Officer Michelle Gairdner says they're always looking for more people to help out.
"There is always things to do. We have designed to do more beds, we know that we are looking to have a living roof on the shed, so that's going to have to work this year. We have to water, weed, mow, all of that has to be done. And we try to get that done on Thursday evenings so the more bodies, the easier the work is."
The group meets at the garden on 98th Street on Thursday nights at 6:30.
