The Canadian Cancer Society wraps up it's 10th annual Relay for Life with a special three hour event tonight.
The original relay on June 8th had to be cancelled after just a few hours due to severe thunderstorms.
Revenue Development Co-ordinator Jaci Mcnaughton says tonight's event will give participants the chance to walk a few laps and take part in the fundraising, rememberance and fight back ceremonies that were missed earlier this month.
"We're still touching on all the main things it's just the amount of laps that are cut down and condensed. But every little piece of the relay is importnat so it kind of lets everyone tie things up and not leave it on such an unfinished level."
McNaughton says they are not sure how many people will take part in tonight's event, which begins at 7 at Legion Field.
