Grande Prairie Regional Tourism Association has unveiled a new look to it's website. 

Executive Director Ainsley Lamontagne says the site is brighter , more colourful, and more user-friendly. 

She adds a big reason for that is the co-operation they have received from tourism operators across the region.

"Everything leads back to keeping things up to date, and keeping our event pages up to date.  If we put out a flyer, we can put it out a year or six months in advance, so some things can change.  There is nothing as up to date as our webpage."

Lamontagne adds their facebook page updates - which often promote upcoming events or activities - are also immediately uploaded to the website, which is www.gptourism.ca.
