Dates have been announced for the 10th bi-annual Peace Region Petroleum show.
The event is scheduled for May 15th and 16th of next year at the TEC Centre at Evergreen Park.
The event is the third largest of it's kind in the country, with over 350 exhibitors and thousands of people expected to attend.
Grande Prairie Chamber of Commerce CEO Dan Pearcey says the event showcases the importance of the oil and gas sector to the region.
"It is an industry specific show and it's a trade show with industry representatives there doing business and informing their customers as to what their products are. "
Participants in the 2011 event have until the end of October to re-book their exhibit for next year.
