Grande Prairie residents still digging out from the winter storm that rolled through our region over the weekend.
So just how much snow did we receive?
Environment Canada Meteorologist Dan Kulak has the answer.
"Friday at around noon Grande Prairie had 32 centimetres on the ground at the airport and this morning there's 64. So basically, we doubled the amount of snow on the ground over the weekend."
Kulak was not sure if that set any records for snowfall over the course of a weekend here.
He adds there is a light at the end of the tunnel, as temperatures will warm up to above normal by later in the week, reaching plus 2 by Thursdsay.
