A Fairview resident has been convicted on two counts of possessing cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.  25-year-old Carey Daniel Peters has received a 2-year jail sentence on one count, and 18 month jail sentence on the second count.  Fairview and Valleyview RCMP were involved in investigations involving the possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking between March and June of last year, which lead to the arrest and conviction.   Two others still have charges before the courts in relation to these investigations.
