Farmers in the Peace Region shouldn't expect much help from the province this year.  Grande Prairie/Wapiti MLA Wayne Drysdale says it's hard to support just one industry when others like forestry, and the oil and gas sectors are also struggling.  He says there are other options, such as crop insurance. Six local municipalities hace declared themselves agriculture disaster areas.  County of Grande Prairie was the latest to do so this week.
