Just after midnight last night, local RCMP went to call for a vehicle roll over around Pinnacle Drive.

Corporal Roy Kennedy describes what they found. 

"The vehicle lost control, rolled, crashed through a fence and came to rest upright in the vicinity of Pinnacle Drive and subdivision of Westpointe." 

The 31 year old male driver frome Grande Prairie was pronounced dead on the scene by EMS - he was the only one in the car.

Though they aren't sure yet what caused the crash, Corporal Kennedy reminds you to stay safe on the highways this weekend - go slow, and don't drink and drive.
