Stewart stays in contention at AB Amateur

Grande Prairie's Alan Stewart is in striking distance after two rounds of the Sunlife Financial Alberta men's amateur at Red Tail Landing. He fired a three under 69 yesterday to move to five under for the tournament. That has him tied for second, five back of leader Andrew Funk of Edmonton. Neithaniel Allen of Peace River is ten off the pace while Trae Lanti of Grande Prairie is 15 back. Kolby Kniel of Beaverlodge, Nolan Trudeau of Grande Prairie and Jordan Relling of Peace River all missed the cut.
