"It's not just yard sales and flea markets and things like that, but also television has made some of these storage auctions really popular, where there's a lot of second hand items as well as some of these estate auctions and things like that." Some things to be aware of: Look for safety certification marks on gas or electrical items. If it isn't there, walk away.
