It's sharing and celebration of successes in learning:
The Grande Prairie Public School District will hold its second annual "Learning Fair" tomorrow at Maude Clifford School.
Each school in the district takes part, talking about what they're doing to improve instruction and student achievement.
Director of Instruction Angela DesBarres says the schools chose different areas to focus on.
"So they might ask, for example, is small group instruction really helping us to improve student comprehension. So they might pick something that specific. And each school has chosen their own type of question, and then a focus for the year."
DesBarres says sharing the findings between schools in the district raises the bar for ALL of the schools.
Tomorrow's learning fair gets underway at 9 o'clock.
