It's another successful campaign in the books for the Grande Prairie Fire Fighters' Charitable Foundation -- the annual 'Buck For Luck' efforts in support of the local Muscular Dystrophy chapter saw over $14,000 come in through the public buying paper shamrocks.
A new element this year was the fire fighters four-day rooftop campout atop Sean Sargent Toyota, where over $8,000 was raised.
Grand total for the two campaigns is nearly $23,000.
Organizers are thrilled with the result and say it's another example of great community support in the region.
