The case against a Grande Prairie man facing several charges in connection with the crash last month that killed four Composite High School students and injured a fifth returns to court in the New Year.

21-year old Brenden Holubowich faces multiple charges of impaired driving causing death, as well as a charge of impaired driving causing injury.

The lawyer representing Holubowich says he has 12-volumes of disclosure, including cds and dvds,  to go over.

Four teens -- Matt Deller, Tanner Hildebrand, Walter Borden-Wilkins and Vince Stover were killed -- and Zack Judd seriously injured -- when their car collided with a pickup on the Correction Line near Highway 40.

The boys were teammates on the school's Warriors football team.

The case returns to court January 9th.
