Motorists using Highway 49 west of Spirit River are advised that paving work on a stretch of that roadway starts tomorrow, and goes until mid October.
Traffic within the construction zone will be flag people controlled alternating, single lane, with a speed limit of 50 km an hour.
For the remainder of the stretch of road, which is between Highways 719 and 725, the speed limit will be lowered to 80 km an hour.
Drivers are reminded that fines for speeding in a construction zone are doubled.
