The Grande Prarie Performing Arts Guild is looking to the city to help them, help local theatre buffs. The guild, which operates out of the Ovations Showcase Centre at the Community Village, is asking for assistance with rent and utilities costs over the next 4 years, with the amount decreasing each year.
Director Lane Smith says the non-profit group has worked with many local actors, and others behind-the-scenes, to help make their dreams come true.
